We were at Prince Edward School in Harare where we had a fruitful and insightful presentation to the gentlemen of this school in their Music Center. We presented to the Upper 6s and Form 4s who are about to sit for their public examinations, about the career prospects available to them in the federal republic of Germany 
.
It was a very engaging presentation which was also graced by ππ« Kuda Mutenda, an alumni of Prince Edward School who has worked for Daimler (The Mercedes Benz Group) as a top executive and has lived in Stuttgart, Germany for many years. As founder and C.E.O of the Mwana Group in Zimbabwe 
today, he shared his practical experiences and the importance of learning in advanced economies. The boys took heed, especially hearing this not only from one of their own but also from one who has made it to the top.

The dual system (Apprenticeship) means that apprentices spend about 50β70% of their time in companies and the rest in formal education. Depending on the profession, they may work for three to four days a week in the company and then spend one or two days at a vocational school (Berufsschule).
